  • Banks / Financial Institutions: Job at an entry level position in Bank, MNCs and research firms.
  • Statistical Organizations: CSO, NSS offers jobs for graduates in Economics.

 Introduction of department:

The Department of Economics established in 2002, has completed 17 year offering courses leading to B.A. in Economics Subject affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The Department has very rich, experienced and dedicated faculty. Dr. Khiste O. B has awarded M.A., Ph.D. Degree in Economics from the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad (30 July 2012). As well as he completed M. Phil. From Sant Gadagebaba Amaravati University, Amaravati. The Department has been organizing different cocurricular activities for the students like; wall paper publication, Quiz Computation, lectures of resource persons, to develop inherent qualities in them. Our faculty has delivered number of lectures and present research paper in seminars, conferences and Journals.
