Code of conduct for the Principal.

1) Principal should conduct the meetings of the committees duly constituted by Him for the development of the college.

 

2) Coordination and motivation to the faculty as an administrative and authorities may be the mandatory role of principal.

 

3) Principal Shall also ensure aviability assurance and he/she should be assisted by the coordinator, IQAC.

 

4) Principal should involve faculty members at different levels for various

institutional activities.

 

5) Principal should closely monitor the class work as per the time table and

the almanac with assistance of class work coordinators and other faculty-

in-changes.

 

6) Responsibility to observe various academic activities like conduct of conference, seminars, workshop.

 

7) Principal should hold meetings of faculty members, (HoD) to analysis the

development of academic work, suggest active procedures to attain the desired academic outcome and supervise for all co-curricular activities.

 

Code of Conduct For Teachers

 

1) Teachers should engage the classes assigned by the principal and complete the syllabus in proper manner as well as produce good results.

 

2) Mentor - Mentee system must be implemented effectively. Teachers shall monitor the respective group of students who are attached to them.

 

3) Assignment topics for each course must be given in time to the students.

 

4) Teachers should maintain decorum of both inside and outside the classroom and set a good example to the students.

 

5) Teachers should carry out other academic, co-curricular and organizational activities that may be assigned to them from time to time.

 

6) Teachers are expected to be present in the college campus at least 10 minutes before the college beginning time.

 

7) Teachers should remain in the college campus as per the guidelines of UGC.

 

8) Teachers should sign the attendance register while reporting for duty.

 

9) Teachers must be good counsellors and facilitators and have responsibility to guide, encourage and assist the students.

 

Code of conduct for Non-Teaching

 

1) Non-teaching staff working in the collage, office should report for duly at least 30 minutes in advance.

 

2) Non-teaching staff remain on duty during the collage hours.

 

3) Non-teaching staff wear the uniform provided by the management.

 

4) Non-teaching staff always wear their identity cards during working hours.

 

5) Non-teaching staff shall not leave the college campus without permission before the prescribed time.

 

6) Any loss or damage to any article in the class room, Gymkhana, Library, equipment, it shall be submitted to the principal at the end of each semester and their signatures obtained.

 

7) Non-teaching staff will carry out their duties as instructed by the Authorities to whom they are attached.

 

Code of conduct for Students.

 

1) Students should keep themselves abreast with the day to day activities of the collage and see the notice board regularly for getting relevant and latest information and notices.

 

2) The student cannot claim any original document till the end of the academic year on any ground. The student will have to pay full fees in case of his requirement of the original documents and his admission will be cancelled immediately.

 

 3) The students taking admission are required to follow the code of conduct meant for students.

 

4) Identity card is compulsory to every student in college campus. Student should produce their Identity card whenever asked by the teacher or the non-teaching staff in this college campus.

 

5) Uses of cellphones are strictly banned in the Reading Room and library.

 

6) Silence should be maintained strictly in classroom / college campus.

 

7) Raging is strictly Prohibited in college campus and outside.

 

8) Student's Attendance is mandatory at least 75% throughout the year.

 

9) Chewing of Tobacco, Gutkha and smoking is punishable offence.
