Well plan designing and its implementation to take a way carry towards successes in this perspective institute prepare the strategies in the beginning of academic year respective to institutional vision and mission. Strategic plan covers the teaching learning activities, co-curricular activities. After the finalization of plan and it’s approval principal arrange the meeting of teaching non-teaching staff and covers the all planned activities.
